SHIPPING POLICY

Thank you for shopping at Vibe High Soul! We strive to ensure a seamless and enjoyable shopping experience for all our customers. All of our handmade products are shipped from Florida, USA. We do not currently offer International Shipping. Once your order is processed and shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number which will allow you to track your order in real time via the USPS website. Please find our shipping policy details below:

Processing Time:

  • All orders are processed within 24-72 hours from purchase. You will receive a notification once your order has been shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

  • We offer FREE USPS Ground Advantage 
  • Shipping Time: 2-5 business days

International Shipping:

  • We currently do not offer international shipping. Please check our website for any updates or changes to this policy.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking:

  • You will receive a shipment confirmation email containing your tracking number(s) once your order has shipped.

    RETURN & REFUND POLICY

    • Vibe High Soul will make every effort to ensure our customers are happy. If you find that a product is defective or not up to your expectations, please email us at vibehighcustomerservice@gmail.com.
    • If the item is damaged in transit or you have received a faulty item we will make arrangements to send you a replacement or issue you store credit for your purchase.
    • We currently offer refunds in the form of store credit only!

    ONE TIME FREE RESIZING:

    • Vibe High Soul will extend to our customers a one-time free resizing! If the product does not fit and you'd like it resized please contact us.
